4. Info-Products

MalwareAware info-products include digital guides, recorded webinars and downloadable resources related to malware awareness.

5. Goods

MalwareAware goods include branded items such as manuals, USB sticks and other physical merchandise.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Courses

If you cancel your course enrollment at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you may choose to receive a full refund or to transfer your enrollment to a future session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. If MalwareAware cancels a course, you will receive a full refund within 10 days via the original payment method.

6.2 Info-Products

Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales of info-products are final and non-refundable. This measure ensures content integrity and prevents unauthorized distribution.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via contact form. Approved returns will be processed within 15 days of receipt, and the amount paid will be credited back via the original payment method.

7. Modifications

MalwareAware reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on malwareaware.link. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
